The Deep Track Podcast: Ep. 11 – Filipino Food & Vintage Rolex with Anton Dayrit

This week, we welcome chef and restaurateur, Anton Dayrit to the podcast. Anton is the proprietor of New York’s Tradisyon restaurant located in Hell’s Kitchen, which is known for their authentic and approachable Filipino cuisine. Chef Anton also happens to be a watch enthusiast with a serious passion for vintage dive watches. In this discussion, Blake and Anton discuss what it was like opening a restaurant in New York a week prior to the COVID lockdown, what makes Filipino food so special, and of course, plenty of vintage Rolex.
